We do offer an emergency 'priority delivery'. To be fair to all our customers these are usually fulfilled after our usual hours of operation. There will be an additional fee for priority delivery which will be calculated and added to our standard fee. To organise the priority delivery, place your order online and then call or text us requesting to make it a priority. We apologise if this is not possible in the peak times, but we will make every effort we can.
We deliver with our food-grade certified tankers. Our vehicles have been specifically selected for the purpose of delivering water to rural and private properties with the least fuss. Our trucks are a manoeuvrable short wheelbase allowing us into tighter locations.
Our water originates from the same source and treatment process as 'Town Water'. This high quality water is safe to drink and swim in the moment we deliver it.

Delivery Zones are worked out by calculating the distance between your location and the nearest filling location. 'Zone 1' is within 5km, 'Zone 2' is between 5km-15km. 'North Shore' incurs additional fees to cover the cost of the barge and wait times. If you are outside this area please call us on 0432 15 15 15 to discuss.
We have EFTPOS available on all of our vehicles. However due to patchy mobile coverage in these rural areas we suggest having cash available. Payment will be taken before pumping water commences. If you are not going to be home during delivery simply SMS the location of the cash to 0432 15 15 15.
